At Aurient Gold, many of our pieces are handmade, made to order, or created as custom commissions. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom & Bespoke Jewellery

Custom, bespoke, personalised, and made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Design fees, deposits, and payments made towards custom orders are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Ready-Made Jewellery

Ready-made items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, subject to approval, provided that:

• The item is unworn and unused
• The item is returned in its original condition
• The item includes any original packaging provided
• The item has not been altered, resized, repaired, or modified by a third party

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and other third-party charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for ready-made items at our discretion, subject to stock availability.

Custom and bespoke pieces cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photographs of the issue.

We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund.

Natural Characteristics

Many gemstones and handmade products contain natural variations, inclusions, textures, and slight differences in colour or finish. These characteristics are part of the beauty of handcrafted jewellery and are not considered faults or defects.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is found to be faulty or supplied incorrectly.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Aurient Gold cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
