Custom quotations are valid for 3 days unless otherwise stated. Precious metal and gemstone prices fluctuate, and quoted prices may be revised before an order is confirmed.

Custom Orders

Custom and bespoke pieces are created specifically for each client.

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Once design work, sourcing, or production has commenced, deposits and design fees are non-refundable.

Production timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on project complexity, material availability, and other factors beyond our control.

Payment

Payment must be completed according to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Aurient Gold reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where payment has not been received.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Aurient Gold is not responsible for shipping delays, customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by third parties.

Risk and ownership of products pass to the customer once the order has been collected by the shipping carrier.
