Processing Times

Ready-made items are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.

Made-to-order and custom jewellery require additional production time. Estimated production timelines will be provided during the ordering process.

Please note that production and shipping times are separate.

Shipping Destinations

Aurient Gold ships both within Vietnam and internationally.

If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately depending on the destination, order value, and shipping method selected.

Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Aurient Gold cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Aurient Gold is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist customers in filing a claim with the shipping provider where possible. However, Aurient Gold cannot guarantee reimbursement for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged after dispatch.

Delivery Refusal

If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or incorrect delivery information, any additional shipping charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
