JEWELLERY HOBBY CLASS, WORKSHOPS AND COURSES

​

Right of admission is reserved by the hosting party. Attendees must adhere strictly to class times as indicated on advertisement. ​

 

Any person found to not respect studio property, other participants property, having an offensive or disrespectful manner or taking items that doesn't belong to them will be asked to discontinue attendance with out refund or prior warning. ​

 

Cancellations ​

Unfortunately cancellations are one of the elements that is most harmful to any small business as valuable preparation time and resources go in to each course, workshop and appointment, therefor a Strict - 48 hour cancellation notice policy is implemented.

In order to qualify for a catch-up class please notify via (email only) at least 48 hours in advance to hello@aurientgold.com. Your cancellation will be noted and will be moved to a new time slot ​

 Medical emergencies are exceptions if attendee can produce a doctors note ​

 

OR

 

​ If you are unable to attend you can transfer your seat to a friend. This transfer is only valid for the day of the event and cant be re-scheduled to a future date. ​

STUDIO SAFETY ​

Attendees must adhere strictly to safety rules and instructions and signage. ​

​

If anyone is found to be working in an unsafe manner after safety training and demos have been given and the attendee is unable to comply with basic safety rules they will be asked to discontinue attendance with out refund.

Closed shoes must be worn at all times.

Masks and safety goggles are not supplied for hygiene purposes attendees must bring their own.

 

​ Attendees are responsible for their own insurance and medical expenses in case of injury or loss of life whilst working on the premises/studio at 158/51 no.16 Ngoc Ha street, Ba Dinh, Hanoi. ​

 

Aurient Gold and it's members / staff will not be held liable for any damages to personal property of injury. ​

 

BOOKINGS ​

Bookings for classes and workshops via website only. Classes to be paid for in advance via cash payment with a visit to the studio or via Paypal. ​

 

If for any reason an attendee has already paid for a workshop or a course and is unable to attend or reschedule and has given at least 48 hours notice they are illegible for a 50% percent refund. ​

 

ADDED COSTS ​

10 grams of sterling silver will be allocated to attendees who sign up for any wax carving or cuttlefish casting classes. If a finished design is much heavier than 10 grams an added fee of 30 thousand VND per gram will be added to the extra weight of the product.

Gold and silver per gram is directly linked to the weekly international gold price and is billed accordingly. 

Extra gemstones, silver chain or any other materials can be added and is available to purchase in the studio upon request. ​

 

VIRAL OUTBREAK AND LOCK-DOWN SCENARIOS  ​

All classes will be postponed until further notice or in accordance with Vietnamese government announcements about re-opening. 

If attendees feel the need to cancel an already paid for session, the 50% refund rule applies.

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms and conditions.  All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.  Once full payment has been received, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide on your order form. Our acceptance of your order takes place on the dispatch of our products to you unless we notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order.

Note that: any product sold by us may include small variations as all products are hand crafted.

ORDERING ONLINE

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure and we do not store any financial information. Secure payment via Paypal. 

 

ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

If for whichever reason you wish to cancel an order please email us immediately at hello@aurientgold.com. Your  order can be cancelled at any time up until the order has been dispatched.  If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it and therefore return the product for a refund when it is received. ​

 

BESPOKE DESIGNS:

No cancellations or refunds for bespoke orders that include any personalisations e.g. engraving or customer specific design. Designs will have variations as it translates from a 2D drawing into a 3D object but will never be 100% exact as per drawing. If you’d like to make any changes to the finished design this is considered as a new order and we will re-quote you on making the changes.

 

The design process commences after the client pays a 50% deposit after which the client will receive three design options with a further option to make three changes. Any further changes will be charged/invoiced @ $50 USD per change. ​

 

The designs to be received will be in the form of a top view illustration and later on in the process, an optional 3D rendering of the chosen design which the client is required to sign off on. (The 3D option will be for more complicated designs only and not available on request) all designs remain the property of Aurient Gold and not to be re-produced by any other party but Aurient Gold.

 

DELIVERY

The delivery prices for orders are set out in our Delivery & Returns section. All prices are inclusive of  VAT.  Items will be sent to the delivery address provided at time of order – it is your responsibility to ensure this is correct.  If your order is returned to us because the delivery service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.  Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer. ​

 

LATE OR LOST DELIVERIES

We cannot refund or replace lost items and shipping is the responsibility of the client. We will only use reliable and reputable delivery services. Please ensure that you include your home delivery address and sign for the package your self and not a colleague or include an office address.

 

PRICES

The prices payable for goods are shown on the product pages and are correct on the date the customer places the order.  They include VAT and are in VND (Vietnamese DONG).  ​

 

DISCOUNT CODES AND GIFT VOUCHERS

We may offer promotional discount codes, which may apply in respect to orders made at Aurient Gold. These codes may only be used on full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts. We retain the right to withdraw or cancel any discount or promotion at any time. Gift vouchers or gift cards can be used to purchase jewellery or pay for jewellery workshops or courses. Gift cards/vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and valid for one use only. They can be purchased online or in studio.

 

LIABILITY

If the goods we deliver are incorrect, damaged or the incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email within 7 working days of the delivery.  If you do not receive goods ordered within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our only obligation will be to redeliver, refund or replace any damaged item. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the delivery service. ​

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The entire content of the website, including all designs, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, including the use of the name Aurient Gold is the sole property of Aurient Gold. You are not permitted to re-use or re-purpose or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website nor may you use any such content for any commercial gain. Some images that does not belong to us have been credited and is not intended to infringe on others copyrights. We will gladly remove on request. ​

 

ACCESS

Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. We do not guarantee that this site will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that errors will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through this site.

Any purchase from Aurient Gold over the vallue of $1000 will receive x2 free cleanings and replating this offer is only valid for up to six (6) months after purchase or order date. After the six month period normal prices apply. ​ ​ ​
