Terms & Conditions for Aurient Gold

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts entered into by Aurient Gold (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing your order, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please cease using this website.

By visiting our site and/or making a purchase, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional policies referenced herein.

Site Access and Changes

Access to our website is temporary, and we may update content, including product details and pricing, without notice. We may suspend or close the site at any time.

Contract

A legally binding contract exists only when we confirm your order via email and process full payment. Only adults (18 and over) may enter into binding contracts. We reserve the right to refuse orders for various reasons, including payment authorisation issues or stock availability.

Payment

Payment can be made via PayPal or credit/debit card. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are in VND and include VAT.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 3 working days after payment. To cancel, email us with your order number and address. Returns after this period are at our discretion. Customized orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Defective and Damaged Items

Inspect parcels upon receipt. If items are defective or damaged, contact us within 5 working days for assistance. We will provide a return address.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are only available for faulty items. Exchanges may be offered in certain circumstances. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt, minus delivery charges. Customized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Handcrafted Nature

Please note that the style of jewellery on this website may contain some variation due to its handcrafted nature.

Promotional Samples

Samples provided for promotional use must be returned in perfect condition within 7 working days, or you will be charged.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Aurient Gold. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check for changes. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurient Gold regarding the sale and use of goods, superseding any prior agreements.
